About Horte Electric

Hi there! My name is Gary Horte, and I am the principal and owner at Horte Electric.

Born and raised on a farm near Kingman, Alberta, I learnt early on that running a successful farm was not just about knowledge and skills—it was also the attitude of doing things right, playing the long game and paying attention to detail.

Those life lessons came with me when I began my apprenticeship in High School. Having the chance to work for a local business through my apprenticeship allowed me the opportunity to interact with the clients we were doing work for. This is something I value most in the way I operate my own business. Now with over 10 years of experience, I have had the privilege to work with a team of exceptional electricians and support personnel to provide electrical services we can be proud of—and you can rely on.
